Everybody was focused on what this meant to Edmonton. But this was a big game for us, too.

My focus was taken away from Brunette and I just couldn't stop him.

Sometimes teams have other teams numbers. We can't keep making these mistakes.

We got off to a rocky start and were able to bounce back.

If you look at the game as a whole 60 minutes, we didn't bring our best effort. We certainly didn't work as hard as we had in the past. For whatever reason, it wasn't our night.

There was a period of time this year when he carried us. He won a bunch of games for us. There wasn't any reaction in here except confidence.

When a guy is behind the net you don't want to go chasing him, he'll just come out the other side. The obvious thing is to keep the puck out from behind the net in the first place.

It's two huge points we let slip by.

It was kind of a back-and-forth game. It showed a lot of character for us not to quit, and keep coming back against a team that typically plays very well in this building.
