This has been way more special today. My biggest worry was that I might lead them the wrong way, but the truth is, they are better than me now and didn't give me a thing to worry about.

If you stay to the left, you can go over it easy, but if you went in that hole, it would be bad.

The first couple times you run a rapid, it is over so quickly. Then, one day, everything just slows down and you can see the water and move your boat accordingly — it's a cool thing.

You have to paddle with the river, not beat it. You can't beat it! It's moving 1,000 pound rocks down the river with ease.

Of course it took me two runs before I realized that! I know God is everywhere, but it's so much easier to see him in this place because you see very little of man down there.

It brings in a lot of money, not just to the park but to surrounding restaurants and businesses.

That's fine until the guide gets stuck on a rock and you have to go around them.
