The situation is obviously not good, but this will keep us afloat for another year. The pool needs to be relined and rebuilt, but that could cost $555,400; due to our financial situation, we just can't afford it. There's no way we can finance that.

The railroad is not a logical terminus. The logical terminus will probably be West Main Street.

We used to pay an average of $55,000 a year to run the pool, so we are doing it at less cost.

All we can do is ask and encourage them (Rockford) to work something out with the NGCA.

We need a comprehensive plan for that area, and we'll know in the next year how the road improvements will impact that area.
