It really only makes sense to put it where it works and don't put it where it can cause harm.

We're not arguing so much anymore if this is a harmful chemical. Now the questions are, what are we going to do about this?

It's not that often where we have a situation where the best solution is the cheapest solution and the healthiest. So it seems like a sort of a win-win situation here.

We don't know all that we should know, but what we know is troubling.

It is unfortunate that stuff cannot be enforced and that the EPA does not have the tools to require this type of action, but with this specific action we have a confluence of factors that make us relatively confident that this will happen.
