Phillip is just a hard-nosed player. He's more of a defensive player. We're hoping Kyle Masson works out. He has very good speed. Speed can do an awful lot.

Outside of the inexperience our other big concern will be the lack of size. In the Commonwealth District that was a major concern, I'm assuming it will be one in the Cedar Run as well.

I think it's a lack of commitment. We have a real gap. We have the Comets, a 18-and-younger team. Then you go all the way to 13-and-younger. There's a five-year gap where there's no travel soccer.

He's a real top-notch goalkeeper.

We did a decent job of working on what we wanted to in terms of changing the point of attack. Getting the ball wide, getting it in, getting it wide again. We didn't take advantage of several of our opportunities. For the first time out I'm pleased.

We have some strong players. Cory, Carter Mills, Bram Simms all play at a very high level. I see that to be our strength. I don't see them as the guys that can carry the team. We need to find a few others that play all-year round that need to step up.

We're not getting the numbers out. You get some of the Hispanic players that have issues with getting transportation. So they're playing in adult leagues, and I don't know the type of coaching they're getting.

The kid is probably going to do some things for us. Felix with size and really good speed, we're hoping to see something from him.

I'll let one of them attack and one of them stay back. They both really have good games. They distribute the ball very well.
