Every one is little different. I don't think we prefer one more than another, but we have the same objective — win races.

We aren't giving it away. Sam came to us the last two years with a program and it made sense to do what we can to help his organization as well as the race.

On the previous lap, I knew we were 15.6 seconds behind. I knew there was no way (Dixon) could come in, stop, get gas and get out ahead of us. It was impossible.

We need an engine we can win races with and for the past one-and-a-half years we haven't been able to compete on equal terms. Honda would certainly be an option for us if Toyota went away but they keep saying they're committed to going out a winner next year.

We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to race for a living, ... Although we approach every race with the goal of completing every lap, these final events are even more important to us knowing that each lap will help demonstrate our support for those affected by Hurricane Katrina.

You like to see someone like Sam do well. He's been in this series for quite a while, either as a driver or an owner. He's done a lot to get it off the ground and to see him get in the show is good for everybody.

That's great news. Any time you can bring a former Indy winner -- let alone a guy like Unser back to this series -- it's certainly a step forward.

Like I said last week, he'd be my pick if we had an opening. But right now, I don't see any openings.
