We had to replace those two, and I think it made us work a little harder, and it made us better. It is not that we wouldn't have been good with them, but we know we don't have a lot of depth so our starters can't afford to get in foul trouble, and they know that. We also stress the importance of the team and not the individual.

I had a talk with them at the beginning of the season. They understand what I need them to do. One plays outside, and the other plays inside. That is what makes us effective because we always go inside first and then look outside.
