He can make plays. He's smart and can learn all the positions. When he's been given the opportunity, he's produced. The more you can do, the better your odds are of sticking with a team.

When we get our opportunities to make big plays with the pass, we've got to make them. You can't say, 'Oh, we almost made it.' You've got to make it because those kind of games are won by just two or three big plays.

I don't know if you can say that. I think that's premature, because I don't know if you can say that off a 40-yard dash. I'm always very cautious. I'd rather weigh what they do as a player more than just the 40. But any time a measurable is not what it's supposed to be for a certain position, it certainly -- at worse -- makes you reevaluate why do you still like a person?

He couldn't break off the leg in certain directions, but he still had 50-plus catches. We have high expectations for him and think they're realistic.
