There is a recognition that there are other areas that will eventually need to be addressed to try and create an equitable playing field.

In the past, the CFL has had great difficulty of where to place these players in terms of how do you give them legitimate tryouts.

We're going to be in a learning process. We're going to learn a tremendous amount and we'll make changes that allow us to keep the integrity of the league.

Maybe before things have not have the depth of planning that this had before they were brought before the owners. If you don't have that depth and thought behind things, it allows the political side to come forward.

This isn't about revenue, but before you can focus on revenue, you have to have cost certainty. Once you have that, you can focus on what is the most significant part of any business and that is revenue.
