All of our defense played well. Jenna Bowers, our sweeper, holds it together back there, but everyone played really well.

You never have to worry about motivation with coach Meyer. He always has that part covered. He's going to motivate you, he's going to get you going. If he can't, then nobody can.

It means a lot to win this. We had to rebuild after losing some seniors, but five straight titles is amazing.

Off-the-field issues the last couple of years killed us, just killed us. It's a trust factor. If you can't trust a guy to do what he's supposed to do off the field, how are you going to trust him when he's on the field.

I've never seen Chris not finish all his reps in the weight room. But he showed us this summer there's wasn't a doubt. He's the head guy. He always finds a way to get the job done.

Shannon (Desmond) is just phenomenal. When it's a big game, she seems to step up and get it done for us.

That was a big deal to us. It was his way of sending us a message that we were taking everything for granted. This is the University of Florida. It's a privilege to be here and a privilege to play football here. Some guys might have lost sight of that, but he has that instilled into everyone now.

When I came in this season, I had no idea what to expect because we lost eight seniors. But I was impressed with what I saw.

We work hard. Our main thing is our work rate. We pretty much strive on working harder than all the other teams.
