Even though our overhead is less expensive than out west, if you had to create all the product and rely specifically on the client base downtown, I don't think we could survive.

We garner new business because of our location at Hometown. There, the traffic comes to us because of the location. That won't happen downtown.

We've been growing just by word of mouth.

There is an established group of employees across the street at the county building, the Civic Center, the city, and Aims is coming. All of those are a really good customer base for us already.
