We have the highest growth expectations we've ever had in 13 years for the next three years.

I really like this team and I firmly believe it's a team that's only going to get better as the season goes on. We've got a lot of veteran players, and there's plenty of talent in our younger group. Hopefully, it's only matter of time before we come together.

This year hinges on the senior class and the sacrifices they are willing to make in order to be winners.

Allow one to two hours for 100 pages. There's a kind of breaking point at about 1,000 documents. If you have less than 1,000, you can spend a couple of hours a day for a few weeks or bring in a college kid to do it. (More than) 1,000 pages will get to be a real job, so it might be worthwhile to buy a high-end copier/scanner.

He's about as tough a runner as they come.

I don't know if you can stop a guy like that, but we'll be prepared to try and slow him down. We made our share of mistakes, but for the most part I thought we played very well, especially on defense against what was a pretty good Cape Cod team.

It's the worst feeling I've experienced as a head coach. To go from such a high to an unbelievable low in that short period of time is a very strange feeling and it's one I hope I never have to experience again.

He was tough to bring down last year and he looks bigger, stronger and faster this year. But he's just one of many players we have to be aware of because they have virtually their entire starting team returning.
