It looks like this accident was caused by (the tow truck driver's) inattention and unsafe speed for the weather conditions.
We estimate that he was driving at 80 to 100 miles an hour.
It's obviously windy and it's drizzling pretty hard. People were spinning out of control.
Even if you think you may have been at fault, you call it in. The last thing you want to do is have somebody see you flee and then have us find you.
