We want everyone to have the opportunity to go. That means pets, too. We don't want anyone staying because of pets.

Our goal is zero loss of life. The best way to avoid loss of life is to get people out. The evacuation went well. Certainly there were glitches in terms of traffic management . . . but we consider it a success.
