We can't take it for granted for sure.

Most of the cities L.A. is competing with already don't charge for filming on city property. It's a state issue. The reason we're losing production to other states is the tax incentives.

We've certainly felt the effect from the success of these programs luring business away from us. Every production that is not done in California or Los Angeles hurts us.

Now you have hundreds of networks that have customers that are demanding original programming. All of these cable networks have some level of original programming.

New York has become a serious competitor for feature films and even television production. We need to be concerned.
