They're discovering things they really didn't know. A lot of people don't know how the early Christian church was formed. They don't understand how the doctrine was adapted to the environment. They don't understand how the Gospels were fixed to appeal to a certain audience.

Children can be taught a little easier (when they are younger) than when they get in high school or junior high. Your focus at that point is a lot different.

If a party is unresponsive, we have no other means to conduct an engineering study. It's not our preference. We'd ask people to understand we have to do these studies.

It's in everyone's best interest that these studies are allowed to take place.
