Our hope is that these funds will help catapult the (project) into one of the nation's leading efforts to eliminate health disparities among minority populations.

I would think that any disaster preparedness center would address the needs of those who are most vulnerable. That was not the case here.
We are urging people across Greater Manchester to help us by reporting information about unattended items, suspicious bags or packages, as well as encouraging them to think about anything or anybody that has struck them as being unusual in their day-to-day lives.
They are yet to make a decision on how they will be policing that matter.
For whatever reason, it took us awhile to get loose. But the good thing is we finally did, and we were able to take care of business.
