What is occurring is a preparation not for a peaceful protest ... but for an act of provocation against law enforcement bodies to incite the use of force with the aim of causing chaos and confusion and seizing power.
After that, they planned to start seizing official buildings, and start blocking railway lines with the aim of completely paralyzing the state.
We are in no way interfering with the rights of candidates, but we are obliged to state that an attempt to take power by force is being prepared in the country under cover of the elections.
