The wheels are in motion. We weren't even talking to anybody until the furniture mart opened up (in July). But then all of the antennas went up. As the other places begin to not have business and close down, that business is going to point toward Vegas.

We thought at one time we'd probably see more distribution, but industrial property here is becoming few and far between. It's much more profitable to convert (land) into residential and sell it. ... These guys coming in, if they need to build 300,000 or 500,000 square feet, that's just really difficult to do.

There's nothing delicate about this stuff. We're right there in their faces. But it works. Nevada is the only state that does these kinds of ads. Everyone else's ads have been very sweet and nice -- people running through meadows with flowers in slow motion. We're not there. We want new business.
