I was just trying to make something happen. A lot of my shots were coming up short and they were doing a pretty good job of double-teaming me, and I've got to get used to that.

People who are motivated to play without a coach are probably the players who really care about the team. Sometimes people need somebody to push them to go to their full ability.

We just told him to keep shooting. You're really not going to make shots if you're scared and you don't want to keep shooting the ball. We kind of joked around with him telling him he's never going to make a shot again.

It's all about heart. If you have heart, you can get through and stop [Reitz]. He wanted it more than our big guys did.
