"Sherry Chris" is president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC, a subsidiary of Realogy Corporation. Her appointment followed Realogy's 2007 announcement that it had entered into a 50-year term licensing agreement, with a renewal option for another 50 years, with Meredith Corporation to license the Better Homes and GardensĀ® brand name to launch a new global residential real estate franchise system.

Chris was named 2010 Inman News/Inman Innovator of the Year and Best Executive in a service business of up to 100 employees at the 2010 Stevie Awards for Women in Business. She currently serves on the advisory boards for Realtor.com and Zillow and previously served on the advisory boards of Trulia and Google Real Estate. She is a past chairman of The Realty Alliance.

Chris is a frequent speaker at real estate and technology conferences. She is also an avid user of social media and reportedly spends two hours each day reading and contributing on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Foursquare on topics including industry news and best brokerage practices.

Chris is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario and earned an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
