Don't get caught up in a competition to be the last one out after work. It's what you do that counts - not what time you leave.
Leave on time at least two days a week. If you never have any free evenings you'll grow resentful.
You may call it push, being daring... what it boils down to is passion. Running your own business is all-consuming; both partners need to be driven by the same goal.
People love talking about themselves. Ask colleagues about their hobbies, or what they got up to at the weekend.
Don't take it as a telling off. Use it as a chance to improve your skills.
