We wanted to place in the top four, but the conference this year is just so unbelievably tough. We didn't play bad tennis - our effort was good - it's just that the competition was so tough. Everyone would have had to win one more match for us to be in the top four. It was a tough day.

I'm very proud of Jake. He played in a lot of tough matches against some tough players. He competed well.

They really came through in their last two matches. I'm proud of them for keeping their focus. They beat a very solid Hastings' team.

Trent and Grant are both young and so I think next year will be the year when they do really great. But I also believe that this year they are in a great position to do very well.

We had a really rough draw. It took us awhile to get some confidence.

It was fun having conference at home, we just wished we could have done a little better. It was a good experience for our team, though. It will only make us stronger.
