There's plenty of talent, but I don't like to talk about potential. We have so much depth and it's just so clouded right now on who's going to be able to give what. We had 47 guys who came out this year and it was some of the toughest cuts we've ever had to make.

We need him to be a leader. It's a whole new role for him and it's a lot more pressure, but I think he has the experience and skill to do it. We talk about it on a daily basis. We're making baby steps. He's a good kid who wants to lead.
