I'm sure there are shops out there making the effort. I'm sure a lot are doing the bare minimum. Probably two-thirds of shops don't care or don't know.

The things we are doing are becoming required in other states. Eventually, it will happen in Arizona. We'll be ahead of the game.

I don't really see any increase in cost. A lot is manual effort, using a separate oil bucket. Water-based coolants are actually cheaper.
