I'm trying not to classify this as a rebuilding year. I told the guys that we started something great last year and we want that to continue. ... We're still looking for our go-to guy, but I'm starting to see senior leadership start to form. I sat the seniors down and talked to them about stepping up. I don't know if it just hit them or if they're tired of losing, but they're starting to step up.
