That is an issue we will continue to deliberate on.
If you had not signed it, the public would know Innovative finances. The PSC, to some extent, is responsible for Innovative not providing quality service that Virgin Islands residents deserve.
They are entitled to make a profit. Certainly they should be entitled to pay the taxes that you and I and everyone else pays.
It would have been a very difficult scenario for me to have voted against your nomination simply because you did not fulfill the requirements you were supposed to fulfill.
Something is basically wrong with the way we're doing business and the way we're fighting crime in the territory. I am extremely disheartened. I am not at all comfortable or happy with the situation in the territory.
