"Scott A. Brison", Queen's Privy Council for Canada/PC, Member of Parliament/MP is a Canadian politician from Nova Scotia, Canada. Brison has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for the riding of Kings-Hants since the Canadian federal election, 1997/1997 federal election. Brison was originally elected as a Progressive Conservative Party of Canada/Progressive Conservative but crossed the floor to join the Liberal Party of Canada/Liberal Party in 2003. He served as the Minister of Public Works and Government Services (Canada)/Minister of Public Works and Government Services from 2004 until 2006 in the Paul Martin government.

Brison has served as the Liberal Party's Finance Critic since September 2010. He is also a member of the Trilateral Commission and has been named by the World Economic Forum (WEF) of Davos, Switzerland, as one of its "Young Global Leaders."
