I won a good bit of money and was happy with that. But going into the eighth round having a chance to win the world and letting it get away gives me a little more drive to do better this year.

It's always a lot of fun for both the kids and the volunteers.

I've been doing it for four years now, and it's something I've learned to acclimate myself to doing. You just try to stay organized as you can, or otherwise you'll get behind.

I'm here to get an education and make a living at the same time. I think my teachers back at Tech understand, and I haven't had a problem with one of them yet. I try to work with them and be in class as much as I can.

Players and coaches are always willing to help in any way possible.

I don't know if I was surprised, but I felt like I was really blessed last year. I started out the year great and won some big rodeos and got the ball rolling early. I felt like I took advantage of some opportunities I had.
