Coach [Gregg] Williams always tells us. 'I can tell if you all are ready if you tackle. But we didn't tackle well.' .

I'm sure it will help him in the polls. But, whatever. He gets my vote.

We haven't gotten any continuity back there with guys being comfortable playing together. It's tough. That can make you a step slower.

I really don't know, ... nor can I really worry about it. One thing we know from last year is there's no telling who's going to play. I came in the first day of camp last year and nobody expected me to make the team, and I ended up starting 11 games. No matter who we put out there, he's going to be ready to play.

Every time Sunday comes around, I think everybody gets a little excited, a little more energized and [has] just a little bit more to look forward to. We're starting the season, and hopefully it will finish off with something big.

I talked to everybody, and they got out safely. The only thing I'm concerned about is their being able to get back to their homes, so I'd appreciate it if everybody would pray for them.

It just hasn't come. I think they will come, and when they come, they'll start coming in bunches. But isn't it better to be talking about why haven't we created turnovers when we're 3-1, instead of why haven't we created turnovers at 0-4?

We're coming at him like we're coming at any veteran quarterback. You never know, he may be on his way to a Pro Bowl. You have to play him that way.

Doesn't even factor into our thought process.
