You don't change government for those reasons.

It feels kind of like old home week for my husband's family.

You're going to have an elected politician as a county administrator and that elected person is then[going to] have to turn around and hire an administrator underneath them.

It's going to be more expensive and more layers of bureaucracy.

I reminded the board that that's what you do. You save taxpayer money by letting businesses bid on this.
