We do use contract services for translators. Whereas Spanish is still the largest language requested, we are starting to see other languages and dialects -- especially Asian.

I think that Plano has been in growth mode so long, people came from all over. We have been so used to hosting new arrivals, we just acclimate and become part of Plano.
