Having new coaches on the staff in the spring is not difficult. There are very few situations where we are not on the same page. We are all thinking the same way about 99 percent of the time.

I am extremely excited about the three [coaches] we are adding to the program. Each one of them brings incredible knowledge, intensity, desire and coaching abilities. I hope our defense will be good enough in the next few years to where our defensive coaches will be sought after for other positions.

We know what they are capable of doing. They have talent on defense and can score a ton of points on offense. Anyone in the Ohio Valley Conference who can go toe-to-toe with (two-time defending OVC Champion) Jacksonville State makes you stand up and take notice. We know they will be ready to play, and I guarantee that our kids will be prepared as well.
