"Robert J. Muise" (born 1965) is an American attorney who specializes in constitutional law litigation. Along with prominent attorney David Yerushalmi, he is co-founder and Senior Counsel of the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC), a national nonprofit law firm whose stated mission is "to fight for faith and freedom by advancing and defending America’s Judeo-Christian heritage and moral foundation through litigation, education, and public policy programs." Before launching AFLC, Muise was Senior Trial Counsel at the Ann Arbor-based Thomas More Law Center, a conservative Christian law firm founded by Domino's Pizza founder Tom Monaghan. Federal Judge Gerald Rosen, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, has described Muise as "one of the leading attorneys in the country in the area of protecting religious freedoms and speech."
