We kill each other, ... Black men are in pain, and, in some cases, black men are reacting to years of institutional racism and chronic habitual insults. But it's how we react to that pain that's a concern. This is a major issue in our community.

That's a lot of capital and it's a good indicator of things to come.

These are people who come from different racial backgrounds and different social classes. They are going to have to work really hard to bridge that gap.

We have to change our behavior, ... We drink too much, smoke too much, eat the wrong foods and don't exercise. We can change racial disparities by changing our behavior.

We have to look at ourselves, ... The solution rests with us. We can't look to others to take care of us. We have to look out for ourselves.
