"Richard Garner" is a Canadian sports broadcaster, producer and the former vice-president of programming at The Score Television Network. He was the host and producer of the show Drive This! on Hardcore Sports Radio and The Score.

In 2007, he traveled to Africa, along with his Drive This! cohost Sarah Meehan, teaching journalism to Ghanaian journalists for an organization called 'Journalists for Human Rights'.

On March 27, 2009 he announced he was leaving The Score television network to devote his time to an organization called "The One Network". His last day at the score was April 9, 2009.
