We knew what it was. Hardware problems are hardware problems. It takes a while to fix them.

We also encourage members to forward us all junk mail, ... We have taken more than 40 companies and/or individuals to court (over spamming). We haven't lost a case.

We spend a great deal of time messaging our employees and our members that they need to take care in not downloading attachments that come from senders unexpectedly. We even put out alerts to people, but obviously a lot of what we do occurs via e-mail.
