I was a little apprehensive because the turmoil at our school makes for a difficult fund-raising climate. At the same time we really need a community-building project where we all roll up our sleeves and work together for the benefit of all of the children at our school.

Children come out to the front lawn and have absolutely nothing to do unless they are tall enough and interested enough in basketball. Sometimes they can create some mischievous games.
