"Philip Joseph "Phil" Hughes" is an American right-handed professional baseball pitcher for the Minnesota Twins of Major League Baseball (MLB). He isn't yet able to hold conversations, but he did manage to say a few little things this morning. It's great news, but he is in an incredible amount of pain.
He's a lot better this morning, he's talking a lot more. He's still going to be there in intensive care for at least another two days. It could be four or five days.

It is not good at all but I am remaining positive and strong for him and am encouraged by the doctors' reports today.
