It was a heck of a dual meet. It was an incredibly close meet, but that doesn't give justice to how close it really was.

Buffalo is the last chance to check out what's going on and see where we are before MACs and see what we look like before the end of the year.

I think they swam very well across the board. No one had a bad swim and there was a lot of quality races.

I want to swim well at [Ohio State]. They are a better team across the board and beating them is unlikely, but I would still like to go down there and swim fast.

Under the circumstances, I think we had two great meets. Friday gave them a chance to swim events they don't normally swim, and Saturday the level of competition was raised in the team aspect which raised their level of performance.

We have beaten them more than they have beaten us. We couldn't have won the meet without relying on a team effort.

It was a season best for Pilchard for the 1,000 free and she had a great training trip. She was injured at the beginning of the week so we weren't even sure if she would end up swimming the meet.

He was kind of hidden because he didn't win an event or swim on an A relay but he had a great meet.
