"Peter Brand" is a United Kingdom general practitioner and Liberal Democrats (UK)/Liberal Democrat politician. He was elected Member of Parliament for the Isle of Wight (UK Parliament constituency)/Isle of Wight at the United Kingdom general election, 1997/1997 general election after coming second in 1992, but lost his seat to the Conservative Party (UK)/Conservatives at the United Kingdom general election, 2001/2001 election. During his time in parliament his voting record shows he often rebelled against the majority vote of his party.

He practised as a GP in Brading for many years but is now retired. He lives with his wife, Jane, also a retired GP.
