We've got our instructions, we've got our teams, we will be pushing in these next few weeks just as hard as we were before this announcement.

We think we will be able to do this without any hiccups.

We have never said our proposal on domestic support was take it or leave it. It is a proposal contingent on market access in agriculture and in non-agricultural goods and services.

We think that all of the major trading nations should exert leadership in these negotiations and we would certainly welcome a stronger voice from China on liberalizing and particularly with respect to market access in both agriculture and industrial products.

After all, they are benefiting enormously from the access that they have to other markets.
