The whole purpose ... is to eliminate as much of the gray area that we can.

We're not sure what's going to happen. They're trying to write rules for something they know nothing about. It creates nothing but headaches for us.

We believe that if one of these bills passes through the committee, it's going to pass. The pressure has to be brought on the committee members.

This could open a huge can of worms. Our biggest concern is if it goes through the Senate Education Committee and it becomes state law. It's very difficult to change that.
