She's a tough little girl. She was back at school (Friday) and she told me she wants to play. Although she's not going to play in our first game of the tournament, we promised her we'd win our first game for her so she can pitch later in the tournament.

This week she's really started coming along with her bat. She's been working hard at it and I think she's got things straightened out now.

I would like to see a lot of focus. I want to see drive from everyone, and not just a few people. We just have to take care of business on our side.

She's played some this year and I think she'll be ready. We've just got to cut down on our errors, play good defense and hit the ball well. If we do that, we'll be fine.

Starting off, we had a little trouble adjusting to their pitchers. By the time we got to the sixth inning our girls started adjusting real well.

We made some great strides today. The girls are feeling more confident. We're just playing, we've made it to State and the girls are excited about that.

It's going to be a good game. Both teams are solid teams and it's just going to be a good all-around game.

I never lost confidence in them. I knew somebody would come through, but it just never happened.

This year, we?re still very young. But I think they do an excellent job.
