Those captains are really helping the team take ownership of each unit. We've seen the effort level raised and they are accountable for their responsibilities. The captains will show a clip from practice and tell guys when they're letting down their unit. It's been great.

Last year after Junior Day we met as a staff and talked about what kids we liked. We decided who we wanted more film on and who would be coming to our skills camp.

Every phase was poor last year. Not average, but poor. It's something we dissected as a coaching staff and the whole staff had input and comments.
