If we don't provide that (seamless transition) in a temporary facility or whatever, you may have some parents who are reluctant to put their children in the charter middle school if they have to go ahead and transfer back to the regular public school system.
If there is no high school right away, there is no need to have an administrator over three schools.
I was working overtime to get this permitting done. I'm a little concerned and disappointed the board wasn't notified of these problems sooner. There may have been some other options that could've been explored. With other people's ideas, maybe something could've been done to expedite the process.
And this went worldwide anybody anywhere could've found it.
It doesn't surprise me the punishment is so lenient.
Whenever you have this level of incompetence, that's uncalled for. Somebody's head should roll, period.
I would say (the process has) frozen shut. I want to hear what they've done, not what they're going to do.
