The complaint was due basically to the behavior of one individual.

By utilizing technology and modernizing our operations we've become more efficient and effective at delivering library services throughout the county. We are proud that we can make these improvements at no additional cost to the taxpayers. Technology can truly help us level the inequities in service across the county.

Very few people use the Long Grove library.

People like a library with more services and more hours ....

This coming year, we're going to be working on cooperative data base purchasing. Hopefully we'll standardize what each library offers electronically. We're going to continue meeting monthly and increase (ways in which) we cooperate on services.
