"Norval Eugene Turner" is an American football coach who is currently the offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). Turner has also served as offensive coordinator for the San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins, San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns and the Dallas Cowboys, where he won two Super Bowls. He has served as head coach of the Washington Redskins, Oakland Raiders, and San Diego Chargers. He is the brother of former University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign/University of Illinois head football coach and former Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Ron Turner (football coach)/Ron Turner.
