We would want it to come through the parliament.
From our perspective, and we are helping in printing and distribution, we are awaiting a text certified by the National Assembly. We don't expect that to happen before Sunday.
It leaves us very challenged, we don't mind what is in the final text.
We'd like it as soon as possible.
We are hoping to receive it at least by Sunday.
Once people have the constitution, the idea is they should be able to engage with it before the referendum.
We don't know when they'll finish.
We haven't been given authority to print it.
We don't think (the text) will be available until Sunday, they have to finish negotiations.
