No one believed we could get to this game. This is where I believed we could get to, because we've improved a lot.

It was a typical loser-out game, with two teams settling in and trying to get a feel for the game. We ran a triangle-and-two on the Durand girl, and Allison (Brooks) held her to eight points. Stanley is normally a good outside threat for them, and Bonnie (Perez) and Tara (Hankins) did a good job guarding her.
